If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the 295 support team immediately. You are fully accountable for all activity that occurs under your account.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The 295 platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

Payment, Transaction & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on 295 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved mobile wallets, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
For Deposits: Every deposit must be made from a mobile number registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
For Withdrawals: Withdrawals may be requested once account verification is complete. Funds subject to active bonus or promotional wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 24 and 72 hours.
